ACCESSING NIC

Can I access NIC from my company's website?


Yes, NIC offers integrations with Agent websites. It can be as simple as a link on your website that opens the NIC application login page or we can do Single-Sign-On (SSO) with your Agent website. There are plenty of ways we are able to integrate with your BGAs in order to make it easier for you. If you are interested in this feature please speak with your BGA.




How do I reset my password?


To reset your password: 1. Select your profile picture or logo located in the top right-hand corner of your screen 2. From your General Settings tab, scroll down to the 'Security and Login' section where you
will see 'Password' sub-section 3. Click on 'Edit' button. A pop-up window will open 4. Enter your current password and click the 'Unlock' button. This will unlock the new
password page. 5. Enter you current password one more time, followed by a new password 6. Click 'Save' NOTE: Please note that the new password must be a minimum of 12 characters.




Can I change my username?


Your username is set and cannot be changed.




How do I change the mobile number I used to authenticate on NIC?


To change your mobile authentication number: 1. Select the profile picture or logo located in the top right-hand corner of your screen. 2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Settings' 3. From the General Settings tab, scroll down to the 'Security and Login' section where you will see 'Change Authentication Number' heading 3. Click on 'Edit' button. A pop-up window will open 4. Enter you current password and click the 'Unlock' button. Change Authentication Number
will unlock 5. You will see a half-encrypted view of your current phone number you are using, followed
by a text field to enter your new phone number. Enter your new phone number. 6. Click 'Update'




I do business with multiple BGAs, how do I get all my BGAs on NIC?


If you do business with multiple BGA's and that BGA is on the NIC platform, you will automatically see your data. If your additional BGAs are not on NIC, all you have to do refer us to your BGA. Our email is info@ins-connect.com.
