Can I access NIC from my company's website?
Yes, NIC offers integrations with Agent websites. It can be as simple as a link on your website that opens the NIC application login page or we can do Single-Sign-On (SSO) with your Agent website. There are plenty of ways we are able to integrate with your BGAs in order to make it easier for you. If you are interested in this feature please speak with your BGA.

Can I change my username?
Your username is set and cannot be changed.
How do I change the mobile number I used to authenticate on NIC?
To change your mobile authentication number:

I do business with multiple BGAs, how do I get all my BGAs on NIC?
If you do business with multiple BGA's and that BGA is on the NIC platform, you will automatically see your data. If your additional BGAs are not on NIC, all you have to do refer us to your BGA. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
