Content Controls
In order to respond to requests to view books of business and insights specific to a business unit not directly identified as the current user, a new control has been added to the top-level page context. This 'Context' control allows a user to change the contextual profile being viewed, and allows administrators, managers, and users granted on-behalf-of access the ability to view the materials pertinent to one or more specific alternate business units.
Changing the context in the Context Control will change left-navigation items of 'Book of Business', 'Insights' and 'Explore' to reflect those belonging to the newly selected context (such as a Distributor or a region), and will also switch the 'My Profile' details to match those of the new context. To revert to the user's directly owned context, select 'My Profile' from the Context control.
Important Notes:-
Lists created under 'My Profile' are separate from those lists created in an alternate context.

Documents will always show only the logged-in user's documents, and exist independent of the Context control. Documents shared with a user or an office can be seen by any user who has data access to that user or office.

Search results can be directly added to either a new or existing list. Lists can be edited to add or remove members.
Download of Data
Search results and re-configured data samples of policies, clients, and teams can be extracted in comma separated value (CSV) format.

On-Behalf-Of Access Sharing
Introduction to workflows to allow Agents to invite their administrative assistants or other people requiring access to the Agent's data to join the platform and to perform tasks within the application with the same level of data and functional access that is provided to the Agents. Access can be provided to both existing platform users or to people who have not yet subscribed to the NIC Platform, and any granted access can be revoked at any time by the Agent.
User Define Policy Notifications
To better manage time-sensitive actions, user are now able to create short date specific notes on policies that will provide a system notification when the note is triggered alerting them to the event and reminding them that an action should take place.
Document Sharing Notifications
Agents are now notified in the application when a document has been shared with them by a Distributor user. This notification will appear on the bell icon in the top-right of the page, identifying the number of unique application user sharing documents with the Agent since the last time the feature was viewed. Clicking on the bell will provide the user with a full listing of the notifications, identifying who has shared the documents, the name of the most recent document shared by each user, and the time of the most recent shared document from them.

Invitation email reminder: an invited user that has not yet clicked on the invite link and started the on-boarding process will now get the first reminder when there are 3 days remaining until expiry, and the second reminder when there is only 1 day left until expiry

SSO users coming in from Distributor websites have also been marked as active to prevent sending invites and reminders from the NIC platform

Added a process that can flip the invite status after the invite has expired: when the invite expires, the user status gets updated so they can be invited through the app again. The button within the user's contact card gets changed from 'pending' back to 'invite', the user's status in 'invite users' table updates to 'unsubscribed'
Insights:

In force policies page filtering: we have applied a fix where wrong policies were included to the Total In Force Policies count. After the change, only active/in force and paid up type of policies are included.
